Frequently asked questions

  • 101 Education Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 41283), listed on training.gov.au — you can verify our registration and scope there at any time.

  • No. Registration is free, and payment is made at the start or end of your course depending on the course’s payment terms.

  • A computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection, and basic literacy skills (you can read, speak and write in English). Some courses have additional entry requirements — check the specific course page for details.

  • For most courses, yes — a RTO cannot issue a qualification or Statement of Attainment without your USI. You can create one for free at usi.gov.au before you start.

  • Once you have successfully completed your course and met all requirements, your Statement of Attainment or certificate is issued and made available to you.
