Registration

By completing the registration form, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete, and that you are not impersonating any other person or entity.

Payment security

We take appropriate measures to protect your payment details, are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, and use industry-standard encryption. We do not store your card details after a transaction.

Academic integrity

Cheating, acting dishonestly in any assessment activity, or attempting to pass off someone else’s work as your own is treated as academic misconduct.

Recognition of other qualifications and prior learning

AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations are fully recognised by us.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available — your prior learning and experience is reviewed and assessed against the requirements of the relevant unit(s) of competency.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

As required by law since 1 January 2015, we cannot issue you a qualification or Statement of Attainment unless you provide us with your USI.

Language, literacy and numeracy support

We recognise that not everyone reads, writes and calculates to the same standard, and we will do what we reasonably can to support students who need language, literacy or numeracy assistance.

Complaints and appeals

We treat complaints and appeals from staff, clients, students and their employers seriously, and deal with them in an effective and timely manner — typically aiming to resolve all complaints within three weeks. See our full Complaints & appeals policy for the process.
